Turn griddle to medium heat
Cook crispy crown hash browns until golden brown
Separate 16 ounces of ground chuck into golf ball size portions and season the tops with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
Cut slices of cheese in fourths
Cut lettuce into small squares the size of the cheese
Slice tomatoes in half
Flatten burger balls into the griddle seasoning side down then season the top side. Flip after about 90 seconds.
Add cheese to each burger and remove from griddle once cooked through.
Prepare burger bites with crispy crown, burger patty, pickle, lettuce, and tomato. Secure with a toothpick.
Serve while hot with your favorite burger sauce.
